SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE Australia wide on orders over $100.
Orders under $100 will be charged a flat rate shipping of $10.
Delivery time within Australia is between 2 - 5 business days.

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 per order.
International delivery time varies based on location, as a guide allow between 5 - 14 business days.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
RESET Swimwear is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping courier, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available.
If the package is returned to sender, you will be issued a refund however this refund will not include the initial shipping cost. You will be refunded the order subtotal, before shipping.

RETURNS

Yes, we accept exchanges and returns.  We ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
  • Item/s must be returned in original packaging
  • You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving the item/s

Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.

Sale of discounted items is final - returns are not accepted.

Are Returns Free?

Shipping costs incurred for returning item/s are not covered by us.

Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service and keeping a record of the tracking details.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at: shop@resetswimwear.com so we can resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
